How do I show my Judge.me reviews on my website?
Connect your store in BrandTrust.reviews by pasting your Shopify store domain and your Judge.me API token, design a widget in the visual builder, then copy the one-line embed and paste it into any site. On WordPress you can use the plugin instead. Your Judge.me reviews then appear and update automatically.
Do I need a paid Judge.me plan?
No. We read the published reviews your store already shows, using Judge.me’s API token, which works regardless of your Judge.me plan. There is no extra cost from us or from Judge.me to display them.
Is this only for Shopify stores?
Judge.me is used mainly on Shopify, and that is the most common setup. If your store runs Judge.me on another platform, the same shop domain and API token connect it the same way.
Do my Judge.me reviews include photos and names?
Yes. Judge.me reviews carry the reviewer’s name, star rating, and any photos or videos they left, and the widget can display all of it.
Do my reviews update automatically?
Yes. Reviews are fetched through Judge.me’s official API and refreshed on a schedule, so new reviews appear on your site without any manual work.
Can I filter or curate which reviews show?
Yes. Set a minimum rating, tag reviews your own way (Growth plans and up), and hide any you do not want. The overall rating and total are always calculated from all fetched reviews, so filters never inflate your average.
